Looking to step up your brow game? Maybe you were a chronic over plucker back in the 90s and 2000s (it happened to the best of us!) and want to bring them back to life. Or perhaps you’re just looking for some clean and natural brow products to add to your beauty routine. Either way, you’ve come to the right place and I have some great suggestions for ya!

Ingredients to Avoid in Your Brow Products ❌
Why does using clean brow products even matter in the first place? Unfortunately, many of the conventional brow products on the market contain ingredients that have been linked to endocrine disruption and can be potentially carcinogenic, such as:
- BHT
- Parabens
- PEGs
- Phenoxyethanol
- Propylene glycol
- Talc

Becca’s 5 Favorite Clean & Organic Brow Products
According to Saoirse Ronan, “if you don’t have eyebrows, you don’t really have a face” 🤣 I mean, she’s kinda right! Bold and defined brows make a huge difference. Whether you prefer a pencil, pomade, gel, or just want healthier, fuller brows…I got plenty of options for ya!
Alima Pure Natural Definition Brow Pencils
🐰 Vegan & Cruelty-free
🎨 Shades Available: Blonde, Brunette, Raven
💪 Strength: Light hold
The Alima Pure pencils are SO incredibly smooth and creamy. It’s a basic pencil that you sharpen as needed and they literally last such a long time. You can also adjust the precision; sharpen it more for an ultra-fine point or let it dull for a bolder tip.
They’re most suitable for filling in and defining brows and don’t really have a firm hold, but there is a subtle waxy feel to them. I use the Blonde pencil and I like that it’s a darker ashy blonde and not warm. So good!

Kosas Air Brow Tinted Volumizing Gels
🐰 Vegan & Cruelty-free
🎨 Shades Available: Taupe, Honey Blonde, Soft Brown, Auburn, Medium Chocolate Brown, Medium Brown, Dark Brown, Brown Black, Black, Grey, Clear
💪 Strength: Medium/strong hold
Can we talk about how many shades this comes in?! Including grey, which you NEVER see for brow gels! I wear Taupe which is a cool blonde and it matches my brows perfectly. Aside from that, the Kosas brow gels are awesome. They are tinted and the small triangle spoolie does help fill in brows a bit, but it’s not super precise. These are much better for holding brows in place and giving you fluffy volume. Plus, you can apply them in a matter of seconds!
I appreciate that the texture is not too goopy or wet; it’s light, moussey, and has a soft matte finish. On top of that, these gels also act as a nourishing brow treatment! They’re formulated with biodegradable plant-based microfibers, castor oil, vitamins, and peptides which help condition, strengthen, and promote fuller brows.
Also available here at The Detox Market, Credo, and Amazon.
Plume Nourish & Define Brow Pomades
🐰 Vegan & Cruelty-free
🎨 Shades Available: Golden Silk, Autumn Sunset, Ashy Daybreak, Chestnut Decadence, Cinnamon Cashmere, Endless Midnight
💪 Strength: Light/medium hold
This pomade also doubles as a 2-in-1 brow treatment and definer. It’s made with organic castor oil, amino acids, and antioxidants which condition brow hairs and promote fullness. You need to use some sort of brush to apply this since it comes in a pot, but you can choose to buy this from Plume with or without a brush if you already have one! The texture is a creamy/waxy blend; it’s great for filling in brows and you can easily correct any mistakes.

I can use both Golden Silk and Ashy Daybreak shades! Ashy Daybreak is on the dark side for me but still works. They are a bit expensive but the jars last a long time and a little goes a long way!

TOK Volumizing Brow Gels (Becca’s Top Pick!)
🐰 Cruelty-free (contains beeswax)
🎨 Shades Available: Brown, Black, Blonde, Taupe, Auburn, Clear
💪 Strength: Strongest hold
This is hands down my favorite brow gel! Both the clear and tinted versions. The Clear is actually like a white opaque waxy gel consistency but it goes on invisibly. I love that it’s not too wet and doesn’t make your brows feel stiff when it dries. The hold is super strong yet still comfortable! If you’re looking to get that bushy, laminated look that doesn’t budge, you will absolutely love these. Bonus: it has ingredients that condition and promote healthy brow hairs too!

I actually worked with Tara, the founder, to make a Taupe shade! It’s the perfect cool-toned, ashy-blonde color and matches me so well. If you have more strawberry blonde brows, then I’d suggest the warmer Blonde one!

Well People Expressionist Brow Pencils
🐰 Vegan & Cruelty-free
🎨 Shades Available: Soft Black, Deep Brown, Neutral Brown, Warm Brown, Taupe
💪 Strength: Light hold
💰 Budget-friendly!
Only $14, woohoo! These pencils are a twist-up and have a spoolie on the end. The micro tip is VERY fine and you can get a really precise application and mimic small hair strokes. Sometimes I don’t like twist-up pencils because I’ve found they are fragile and prone to breaking, but this one is quite durable even though it’s thin.
The pencils are somewhat creamy and have a pretty smooth glide; albeit they don’t have a firm hold so I’d recommend them mainly for filling in and defining. I wear the Taupe shade; it’s a warmer taupe but not too red.
Also available here at Target.
Best Brow Tools & Natural Growth Serum: Plume!
Plume is a company that makes amazing brow tools and products that I’ve used for years! Here are some that you might be interested in. By the way, you can use code ORGANICALLYBECCA for a discount on Plume’s website (ORGANICALLYBECCACAD if you’re in Canada).
Brow & Lash Enhancing Serum
This bad boy uses botanical ingredients that have been clinically proven to help grow and strengthen hairs such as organic castor oil and watercress (can be used on lashes too). I’ve tried various serums and this has worked the best for me; specifically when I had a missing patch on my eyebrow and this totally helped fill it in. It’s kinda pricey but legit. You should notice results in a few weeks of consistent use!

Dip & Define Dual-Ended Spoolie Brush
A girl always needs a good spoolie brush in her collection! This one is dual-ended so one side is an angled brush for applying pomades, and the other end grooms and combs hair.
Sculpt & Refine Precision Tweezers
Not your average tweezers! These truly do help you accurately pluck and grab hairs and are way better than any other tweezers I’ve used.

Can you recommend the best organic non smudge eyeliner?
Yes! If you go to the Faves page of my blog I have a couple listed. I would say Jane Iredale but if you want liquid I have those listed as well!
Of all the mascara you mentioned, which would you say is absolute perfect best for length? 🙂
Inika long lash!
I am looking for a better option for a lash growth boost gel. I have had the R&F product, but looking for something cleaner. Any recommendations?
I have two linked above in this post! Plume or Wink.
