Ready to clean up your makeup bag with non-toxic items? Don’t know where to start? Afraid of spending a lot of money on a product you don’t know you’ll like? Well it’s your lucky day. I’ve compiled a list of green beauty brands that offer samples sizes! So you can try before you buy. It’s a great way to test the waters and not break the bank.
I’m sure you know by now that 100% Pure is one my favorite clean brands. You can’t specifically choose a sample size of a product, but they do send you a random free sample when you purchase something. They also have a Travel Sizes page that features items that are small enough to travel with!
Another one of my fave green beauty brands. They offer a TON of sample sizes for products like powder foundation, cream foundation, and blush. Usually for around [$3]. And whenever you make a purchase, they also send free samples of some other products to try!
Bella Organics sells some of my favorite natural deodorants. They have a whole trial sizes page of products that can be purchased in sample sizes, usually around [$2-5]. Other than deodorant they carry body butters and face creams.
Citrine is a store that carries multiple clean brands. They have a sample program where you can choose up to 5 samples for [$15] and add additional samples for [$3] each.
Crunchi offers samples of their liquid foundations and primer. It’s only [$10] plus free shipping for 5 foundation samples and the primer. Great deal!
Dr. Brite sells non-toxic oral hygiene products. Their toothpastes are available in travel sizes for [$6].
Ecco Bella sells a Mini size of their Good For You Lip Gloss for [$7.95]. I have all the colors of the lip gloss and love how they perform.
Another online store that carries multiple brands. Tons of products that have small sample sizes!
My fave non-toxic perfumes! They offer minis of their perfumes for [$17]. I love the Mojo scent!
Hynt Beauty offers a lot of samples for items like lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, concealer, and pressed powder. They are between [$3-6] each. If the total of your samples is [$12] or more you get free shipping! I love their pressed powder.
Juice Beauty is another brand that includes a free sample in every order. They also have a Travel Sizes page for products that are small enough to travel with. Also check out My Fave Juice Beauty Products blog post for some ideas on things to buy!
Lily Lolo has quite a few items that come in sample sizes like their foundations, bronzers, and BB cream for about [$2-6].
Osmia has samples of all their products, so cool! They don’t sell makeup, but carry face and body products like soaps, oils, perfumes, and more. They also have sample kits. Samples are usually between [$3-15].
Rejuva sells a 1 g sample of their loose powder for [$5.95]. One of my fave loose powders! They are a really clean brand.
You can’t buy just a sample size, BUT for each purchase you can select a free sample size to add onto your order. You can choose from lip and skin balm, concealer, beauty oil, makeup remover wipes, or a surprise!
Tata Harper sends 3 complimentary samples with each purchase. Or you can email them and they will send 5 one-time use samples for a [$5] flat shipping rate within the U.S. They also have a Try-Me kit that includes 12 samples for [$25].
The Detox Market is another store that carries multiple brands. They have a sample program as well where you can select 4 samples for [$8].

The sample kit is [$15] and you can select 5 products to include. It’s [$2.95] shipping within the US and [$5] internationally. They include a $10 promo code in your sample kit so if you do decide to purchase a full-size product, you get a discount!
